Jodhi May

Jodhi was born in 1975. She was born and brought up in London, England, UK. She went to Wadham College, Oxford University 1994-1997. She studied and received a Masters in English. During her time at Wadham she read a lot of literature. She has been acting since she was twelve.

Notable roles have included Alice Munro in Michael Mann's The Last of the Mohicans, Lea Papin in Sister My Sister, Florence Banner in Tipping the Velvet, Anne Boleyn in the first adaptation of The Other Boleyn Girl, and Sabina Spielrein in the play The Talking Cure. In 2015 she appeared in the Season 5 premiere of the HBO series Game of Thrones.

MyAnna Buring | Tissaia

MyAnna Buring was born in Sweden and raised in the Middle East. She moved to the UK when she was 16 and graduated from the prestigious London Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts (LAMDA) in 2004. Buring is perhaps best known for her appearances in The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 1 and Part 2, Ripper Street, Downton Abbey, Kill List, and is reprising her role as the powerful sorceress ‘Tissaia de Vries’ in second series of The Witcher.

Theatre credits include; A Very Expensive Poison at the Old Vic Theatre, The Wasp at Hampstead and Trafalgar Theatre and Guardians (Edinburgh Festival, Fringe First Award Winner 2005 and Best Actress Fringe Awards 2005).
